Having been in sales and marketing his whole professional career, Owen’s passion is delivering a project from concept to completion and he focuses much of his attention on client satisfaction.
Owen spent the early part of his career at a large marketing agency as part of the sales function, before moving on to head up multiple telemarketing teams at a larger agency. He established Paragon with the aim of providing SME organisations with a flexible telemarketing solution.
With many years of experience, Owen has delivered successful marketing projects in a wide variety of industries and has built a business extremely focused on gaining a tangible return on investment for clients.

Sarah attended The Alice Ottley School and is a very competitive sportsperson, particularly with lacrosse. After leaving school, Sarah went onto Worcester High Technical College to study Business Finance, Insurance & Law with a travel & tourism and Spanish add-on before spending a year in Detroit Michigan under the “Au Pair in America” program. During this time Sarah was actively involved in working with the Michigan Special Olympics program, helping children with special needs to enjoy sport.
Moving into the commercial sector, Sarah began her career with The Ministry of Defence before gaining an opportunity with Misys (now Open GI), which is an insurance software house. Gathering a wealth of insurance sales experience, she thrived and thoroughly enjoyed the sales environment.
Sarah has had various successful sales roles in the UK, and notably a position in France with Credit Agricole and now enjoys utilising her vast experience as a BDM for Paragon Marketing Projects. She is tenacious, professional and energetic and is the perfect fit for such a progressive company.

Developing processes and constantly looking at more effective ways of working is something Claire enjoys and delivers on a regular basis.
With a huge amount of experience in Project Management and Training, Claire has implemented many processes to improve productivity, customer experience, and ultimately results.
Recent successful projects that Claire has delivered include: CRM/Pitch integration, call recording software development, and sales management visibility.

Liz has over 5 years’ experience within the telemarketing sector, a good proportion of which in Financial Services and her passion is in delivering an outstanding service to clients from introduction to final sale. Liz started her career in hospitality and transferred key soft skills developed in her 16 years within this industry across to her approach to appointment setting and lead generation. With a particular focus on detail, Liz is known for the quality of opportunities she provides her clients and her rates of retention reflect this.
Liz has a very diverse role, dealing with clients across a wide range of sectors and excelling in financial services, industrial/engineering, healthcare and professional services.

Looking at every aspect of a company’s service offering and putting together a compelling pitch has always been a passion of Ingmar’s. Having founded several companies, including marketing agencies in the UK and abroad, Ingmar has a lot of very relevant experience within the telemarketing arena. Working and training in Germany, Asia and the UK, Ingmar has become an expert in Sales and Marketing, based on two decades of insight, mainly in the German telecommunication market.
Ingmar has worked with clients like BMW, Ströer and Gelbe Seiten, and trained at the O2 Academy Germany, which is now Telefonica O2.
Over the years Ingmar has also studied Social Media Solutions, CMS, web design and general marketing, which qualifies him to understand the marketing needs of a company in great detail.

Amy started her career in performing arts, then moved into a sales and marketing role, working with both large and small agencies before joining Paragon Marketing. Relevant marketing experience online allows Amy to utilise a wide range of sales and marketing techniques within the Project Manager function. Amy has a very outgoing personality, which is a huge strength in building rapport with prospects over the phone, as well as clients and has received multiple awards and recognition in this area.
Outside of work Amy is passionate about fitness.

Justine has 11 years experience in the telemarketing industry and has worked on the agency side, as well as client side. Within previous roles, Justine has always worked within close teams and enjoys the buzz and sales environment involved with telemarketing. Justine has received ongoing sales and specific telemarketing training throughout her career and uses her depth of knowledge in order to consistently deliver tangible results for her clients.
Having studied music performance, in her spare time Justine enjoys singing and performs locally.

Sharon has spent the majority of her career in Account Management within the IT/Software industry. She is known not only for her impressive professionalism and integrity but for her team work and personal skills. She has a great passion, drive and enthusiasm; she is able to engage with clients and can demonstrate the ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
Sharon has worked within telemarketing for the past four years, with varying roles from delivering sales to managing teams of appointment setters. Sharon is a perfect addition to our growing team and is currently working on a variety of client telemarketing campaigns in order to deliver qualified opportunities to the highest standard.
She’s brought an array of solid capabilities in a variety of areas, she is able to perform under pressure and strives to achieve targets whilst maintaining excellence .

Abi has been working in the telesales and telemarketing industry for over 15 years, also having gained NVQ qualifications in call handling and customer service. With experience of delivering marketing projects in both private and public sector, this has developed a diverse skill set that allows for adaptability across the variety of client projects she heads up.
Abi is known for always giving 110% effort to her work and gaining exceptional results for clients.
